Where can I pick up mail and find the nearest mailbox?

Postal Mail Delivery

You can pick up your mail at the mailboxes on the 2nd floor. The mailboxes can be found in the left wing - when you enter the floor, directly on your left hand side (above the hall stand). The mail is sorted twice a week and by first letter of your company. Please check your mail every week so no mail will be stacked.

Please, to be sure your mail arrives, always put ScaleHub and company name at first line of the address!

There is also a night mailbox which can be opened by Kees de Boer (huismeester/caretaker of the building). Tel.: +31 6 2188 2863.

Packages

Please have your packages delivered to the office floor; this is the safest way. Please keep in mind that the packages on the ground floor are not always secure. Leaving packages behind is on your own.

Postal Mailbox 

You can drop off your postal mail at the mailbox located at Julianaplein 1, which is a few minutes walk.
