What can I do when my tag is not working?

How to Reset your Tag

Please follow these steps to reset it:

Press your tag for 1 minute against the main station, which is located at the entrance of the building nearby the stairs & elevators. Hold it until the light turns red.
After that the light turns green and then your tag should function again normally.
