How can I solve a defect (electric) desk?

Reset

If your electric desk is defective and does not move up or down, please try the following: this should reset the desk.

Press the buttons V en ^ (the up & down buttons)at the same time for 15 seconds.
The desk will then go down a little bit and up again.
This should reset the desk.

You have now held both up and down buttons; try this otherwise.
Obstacle detection: The desk thinks something is in the way while adjusting.
Anti-collision system: The desk has touched an obstacle, and the anti-collision system is activated.

Reset:
Press and hold the down button until the desk reaches the lowest position and rises slightly.
If that doesn't work, unplug the desk for 10 minutes and try again.
